Compressor Applications Engineer / Estimator Job Posting
 
Duties:
* Read and evaluate customer technical specifications to determine required scope.
* Select compressor, driver, cooler, controls system and ancillary equipment as required.
* Develop detailed estimated cost
* Prepare and submit formal proposal
* Evaluate purchase orders for correct information
* Prepare and submit change orders

 
Skills required:
* Experience with high speed separable compressor package content
* Extensive experience with Microsoft Office products to include Word, Excel, Publisher, Outlook
* Extensive experience with compressor sizing software and other industry standard programs.
* Excellent writing and organization skills.
* Ability to multi-task
* Self starter able to work with minimal supervision.

 
Education:
* College degree preferred but not required based on experience.
