Robert "Bo" Pierce
Industry Experience: 15 Years
Originally with Maintech Industries, Bo became Senior Vice President of Manufacturing of Hanover Compressor Company where he was involved in and or responsible for the integration of Maintech Industries, Wind Production Systems, Smith Industries, WPI, Econoflow, TH Russell, Maloney, Hallmark, Dresser-Rand Compressor Division, Belleli, and Production Operators Inc.
 

Gary Hyde
Industry Experience: 25 Years
Companies include SEPCO, PAMCO, Maintech Industries, and Hanover Compressor Company. Positions held include Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Sales, and Sales Director. Gary is highly experienced in oil and gas product sales and product support for rotating equipment and production equipment. High water mark for sales in a one year period was more than 24 million dollars.
 

Ralph Gates
Industry Experience: 25 Years
Positions include Materials Manager, Director of Purchasing and Inventory and Vice President of Purchasing and Inventory. Responsibilities include operations and management of all inventory and purchasing for Hanover Compressor Company for both domestic and international markets, as well as management for the Manufacturing group as a whole.
 

E. Randall "Randy" West
Industry Experience: 34 Years
Most recently served as Senior Vice President - Operations and Engineering for Energy Transfer. Also has held executive positions with the El Paso Corporation and its predecessors which include Vice President of El Paso Midstream Group. He was a member of senior management team of El Paso MLP, Gulfterra Energy Partners which increased EBITDA from $50 to 500 Million. Randy has managed a compression fleet of two million horsepower and also has extensive experience in the areas of processing and treating plants, salt dome storage, both onshore and offshore oil and gas pipeline operations, engineering, construction and management of large mergers and integration plans.
